With the onset of slightly warmer weather this past weekend, many of us gathered for the freshman outing to Zilker Park. It was a day full of activity as we ate really good food, played sports, and kayaked. Though kayaking turned into a massive competition of who could splash the greatest and though as a result, few were spared from the inevitable soaked state, Saturday’s outing was definitely a day to remember!

For post-TFN this past Friday, we enjoyed a game of the Best of the Best. We challenged each other in categories like most athletic and most artistic, jumping and drawing to win points for our respective teams. But the highlight of the night had to be the final challenge: to create a music video with a provided Bible verse and song. All the videos were hilarious and creative, but one emerged victorious with their rendition of the separation of Abraham and Lot in Genesis 13.
